Esencia is a 2.25 acre property of Provo native vegetation directly on the beach in Long Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands. The lush plants and trees are wild and natural, giving you the feeling of being in the midst of undisturbed jungle. We have built in a way that flows with the land and the nature. Our pathways wind through the bush and follow nature’s creation. Our buildings appear to have been dropped in. The smell of wild flowers tantalizes your senses and the beautiful wild orchids reveal their magic. With only 10 vacation suites in 4 elegant villas, it is designed for privacy and tranquillity.

We have build in a way that flows with nature, where lush plants and native trees were preserved. All suites and villas are nestled in carefully arranged natural surroundings and walking paths to preserve everyone’s privacy and tranquility. You are immersed in the vital energies of nature overlooking the sea whilst living in gorgeous high-end luxury accommodations.
LONG BAY BEACH
A 3 mile-long stretch of pure white sand a few steps away from your vacation suite. The rich and intense turquoise color of the sea will astound you. The warmth and gentleness of the water will appease you. You can spend hours in the shallow water very comfortably. You will often only see a handful of people on the entire beach and maybe a few occasional horseback riders.

All our suites are located in the following four villas. You may prefer a certain villa or amenity and browse through them right here or go straight to our SUITES and read the complete descriptions.
ESENCIA COTTAGE - 1 SUITE & PRIVATE POOL
The cottage is luxuriously appointed with marble floors inside and out, custom kitchen, high end appliances and furniture. It provides an idylic retreat with seclusion, quietness and privacy.
VILLA KARANA - 3 SUITES & PRIVATE POOL
Elegant 3 Suite Villa offering luxurious amenities, a private pool, a wraparound balcony and magnificent panoramic views of the ocean.
VILLA WYAKHA - 4 SUITES & POOL
The four-suite building is designed to maximize privacy with separate entrances and decks all facing different directions. The units are of high quality construction, materials, furniture and appliances. You have a fully equipped kitchen with granite tiled counters and glass blocked showers.
VILLA ESENCIA - 2 SUITES & CAR
Villa Esencia has two 2 BR & 2 Bath Suites on the ground floor directly on the beach. They are large and spacious, with partial ocean view from inside. Just a few steps outside is your own covered private Tiki Hut with outdoor furniture.

Your time on vacation is precious. When you set foot on island, your first thought is to hit the beach and start relaxing with a cold beverage - now. We can fill up your refrigerator and pantry with your preferred food, beverages, liquor and any special item you may have in mind. Whether you need 1 item delivered or a full grocery for an entire group, just let us know. We'll discuss your preferences, send you a complete shopping list and a quote.
CAR RENTALS
We recommend you rent a car to explore Provo, do some site-seeing and dine-out to restaurants. We can help in securing a car prior to your arrival, so that it is ready for your at the airport or have it delivered to the villa at any moment in time.
EXCURSIONS
We've partnered with some of the best tour operators in Provo. Whether you'd like to paddleboard in the mangroves and learn about marine ecosystem, snorkel the 3rd largest barrier reef and see turtles and hundreds of tropical fish, go kayaking and visit an iguana sanctuary or cruise on the ocean and beach hop to uninhabited cays, let us take care of the details and reserve it for you.
